Recruitment CoordinatorMiddlesex6 month FTC£25,000 Our client is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on-site at one of the UK's largest pharmaceutical organisations. You will be joining a close-knit team who are supportive and dynamic, with a lovely culture and passion for excellence.Based in their Middlesex offices, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for helping to administer the end to end hiring process in to the business. They are looking for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong attention to detail. Duties to include; Monitor assignment start and end dates - contacting managers and suppliers to confirm start information is complete Coordinate all on-boarding requirements to ensure compliance to client on-boarding policies prior to start of assignment Troubleshoot and help to solve any on-boarding related issues Assist Client Service Manager with coordinating interviews on the hiring manager's behalf Pull regular reports and support Client Service Manager to manage recruitment demand and ensure requirements are prioritised Maintain weekly and monthly reports as necessary Manage requests through ticketing system The perfect candidate will have experience in recruitment coordination or administration within a large organisation and posses confidence and professionalism.
