A Temporary Payroll Coordinator is required for this well-known business based in Swindon.
We urgently need a Payroll Temp to help cover a period of long term sickness.
It's a fairly simple Payroll, outsourced to a third-party, However, we require someone with knowledge of Payroll to track and manage changes, make alterations to the HR system and work with the third-party to ensure accurate processing, whilst managing queries and/or any other issues that arise. You will also support the wider HR team with more general HR admin duties and raising POs.
Suitable applicants must have a good understanding of Payroll (able to deal with deduction queries, understand tax codes etc) and possess good Excel skills. You will have confidence dealing internal colleagues as well as third party suppliers, be comfortable working at pace and possess a can-do, flexible attitude.
If you're currently available at short notice and have some exposure to payroll (either directly or as part of a wider role), we're keen to hear from you ASAP.
