HR Business Partner - Learning & Development
We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading professional services employer who now have a fantastic opening for a HR Business Partner to join their existing HR structure.
This is an ambitious organisation who are going through significant growth and value their people highly in order to achieve their overall goals.
This role will therefore have a strong focus on all aspects of People Development and Learning and Development and candidates must therefore have a strong background in this area of expertise in addition to their HR Generalist skills
The ideal candidate will be fully CIPD qualified or hold equivalent HR experience. You will come from a HR Generalist background however, in order to be considered for this role, you must have had significant exposure to the areas of Learning and Development through the roles you have held.
You will be a highly commercial individual who is able to demonstrate significant achievements and return on investment through your involvement in Learning and Development as a HR generalist.
You will ideally have had exposure from working within a professional sector and have had some involvement of working with employees and stakeholders across different office locations.
You must be a proactive, self-starter who is motivated by delivering results and is not afraid of taking ownership and seizing opportunities and relationships in order to make significant business changes.
