Interim Head of HR

Your new company
You will be working for a small arms length body, with an employee size of 70. The HR team consists of this role and an HR Officer who you will manage. The role is to cover for 3 months, whilst the permanent recruitment of the role takes place and reports to a hands on Chief Exec.
Your new role
You will work closely with, and report to, the Chief Exec, to advise the SMT on HR and OD issues, alongside delivering and implementing their people strategy. The role will also ensure training is delivered effectively. Ad hoc projects may involve implementing a staff survey, or organising a leadership away day.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must be flexible and have worked for a similar sized organisation before. Experience of OD and designing people strategies is desirable and candidates must be available on 1 week notice or less.
