Oakleaf Partnership are working with a globally recognised financial services client based in the City. They are keen to hire a Reward Analyst to work in their executive reward team and the role with be reporting into the Head of Executive Compensation.

Working with the Executive compensation team you will have a number of responsibilities including:

Supporting the annual compensation review

Managing executive reward incentive programmes

Supporting and advising HRBP's around structuring compensation packages

Assisting the global mobility team

This is an excellent opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join a leading globally financial services firm working in a growing executive reward team. You will have previous reward experience, ideally within executive compensation however this is not essential. It would also be preferable if you had a tax qualification.
