Executive Compensation Analyst
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a globally recognised financial services client based in the City. They are keen to hire a Reward Analyst to work in their executive reward team and the role with be reporting into the Head of Executive Compensation.Working with the Executive compensation team you will have a number of responsibilities including:Supporting the annual compensation reviewManaging executive reward incentive programmesSupporting and advising HRBP's around structuring compensation packagesAssisting the global mobility teamThis is an excellent opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join a leading globally financial services firm working in a growing executive reward team. You will have previous reward experience, ideally within executive compensation however this is not essential.
