Description

The training Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Administer all documentation related to any internal or external training event's i.e. for Self Certification, Classroom or ON the Job training and/or assessments
  • Ensure effective recording of all training to agreed site processes and standards
  • Monitor and report training activity against a series of agreed measures and KPI's
  • To support, monitor and continually improve the site systems associated with the co-ordination and administration of site training activities
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees on compliance training requirements * To act as a key system administrator within myLearning ensuring all training co-ordination and recording is delivered via mylearning as the single, validated learning management systems
  • Competencies (High Performance Behaviours and expertise in field required including skills and knowledge
  • Communication: Communicating with others in a manner which is clear, concise, well structured, authentic and easily understood Customer Focus: Taking a one-off, specific action to raise value to customers by meeting a specific customer request or solving an immediate customer problem Personal challenges: Establish professional working relationships with a broad range of colleagues, customers and third party contacts
  • Balance individual workload against the demands of customers
  • Profile

    The Training Coordinator must have;

    • Strong planning and organisation skills * Good communication skills and customer focus experience * Very close attention to detail * Positive proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a small team
    • Excellent MS Office skills
    • Sound knowledge of the Training Cycle
    • Knowledge of the administration requirements of training delivery
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to training
