L&D Systems Manager
Your new role
This is a HR department role with involvement in all aspects of the Talent Systems life cycle and operational management. You will be responsible for designing and delivering relevant, timely solutions and projects to suit the needs of the business, maintaining & improving upon approved process & procedures.
This is a fundamentally key position acting as a Subject Matter Expert within the Talent Centre of Excellence and the Human Resources function representing the region on all matters relating to Talent Systems & L&D Finance.
What you'll need to succeed
Professional CTP/ CIPD qualification; Highly self-motivated, ability to take ownership for a number of projects from beginning to end; Technologically aware, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;Ability to create, develop, implement and manage company-wide processes. Create and build relationships with key stakeholders. Commercial acumen To be considered you must be creative with a 'can do' attitude. Excellent customer relationship skills; Quick thinking person who can deal with adversarial situations; Enjoys the challenge of change and change management;Team (Agile) Working.
