Learning and Development Advisor
The client, and international leader within professional services, are looking to recruit on a 12 month fixed term basis an experience learning and development professional for this global reaching opportunity.
The successful candidate will have experience of e-learning, ideally gained from within a professional services environment.
The role holder will be responsible for the development and the implementation of the training associated in line with the global strategy of the company. This will include responsibility for researching, sourcing, providing and maintaining high quality on-line training to meet the needs of the business globally. Equally the need to create and maintain development programmes is a requirement.
The role will require very little (if any) delivery - projects will be a large focus of the role.
The role will attract candidate that are innovative and imaginative, who are looking to push boundaries and embrace technology. You will need to be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and operate at speed within this fast paced deadline driven environment.
