Learning & Development Manager
I am currently working exclusively with a law firm who have created a new Learning & Development Manager role within their London team. This will report into a Senior L&D Manager and will manage 2 Assistants.
The firm regard the L&D function extremely well and, with that, expectations are high! There has been a number of new programmes rolled out over the last few years and they are looking for a Manager to take responsibility for all design, delivery, needs analysis and evaluation. This is an extremely busy role and will be working closely with the business, so requires someone happy to deal with all seniorities!
This role would suit an experienced/Senior L&D Advisor who is looking to move into their first management role however you must be able to evidence supervisory skills within a wider team, as well as management of programmes.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous L&D experience within a professional services environment.
