Regional HR Advisor- Worcester
REGIONAL HR ADVISOR - WORCESTER BASED - REGIONAL TRAVEL - UP TO £35k PLUS CAR - PERMANENT
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional HR Advisor to join our service sector client on a permanent and full time basis, based out of Worcester.
Reporting in to the HR Manager, the successful HR Advisor will provide generalist support to the site operations team, with somewhat of a focus on employee relations and recruitment.
·Provide advice and support for all line managers on all ER issues- including disciplinary and grievance, appeal and performance
·Escalate complex casework to the HR Manager, when required
·Advise, challenge and influence Managers
·Data analysis- monitor sickness and absence
·Recruitment and selection - provide support to the site management teams
·Liaise with Training and Development Manager to ensure induction schedules for new managers are completed
·Work with Regional Director and Site Directors to develop and maintain an up to date succession plan
·Conduct exit interviews - identify potential themes and potential solutions
·Other HR duties as required
·Experience of working within an HR function
·Flexible and open to change to meet needs of business
·Attention to detail
·Good written and oral communication skills
·Confident and assertive in approach
·Current UK driving licence
