HR MANAGER

My client, a well-established and truly entrepreneurial manufacture are currently seeking a polished HR Manager to join their HQ in central London. Based in their stylish new offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager looking to join a stable yet expanding business, who wants responsibility and a challenge within a role.

Currently a standalone role, my client is looking to grow a successful HR team and will give this person the responsibility of recruiting a HR Coordinator to report directly in to them.

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for delivering an effective, proactive and flexible HR service to all of the client group. You will do this by providing HR support to all employees, whilst driving the best practice and ensuring compliance at all times with procedures, policies and employment legislation.

Main responsibilities:

Support the development of the HR Strategy with the Chief Executive.

Drive alignment between the HR Strategy and business goals.

Provide HR data and statistical analysis to the Senior Management Team and Chief Executive as required.

Support change management processes by managing cultural and people issues.

Deliver positive and effective communications and training programme on HR policies and procedures.

Proactively seek out initiatives which contribute to the improvement in culture,

engagement and retention.

Liaising with the finance department where necessary, manage Company Benefit

Schemes such as private health care, pensions, car scheme etc.

Manage employee relations casework such as dispute resolution, grievances, retirement and redundancy ensuring compliance with policy, legislative requirements and best practice.

Support potential litigation and tribunal matters.

Lead on the management of casework relating to sickness absence, including the

administration of the Sick Scheme Committee.

The right person for this role will have proven leadership capabilities, switched on and commercially minded. Paying a salary of circa £45k if this opportunity sounds of interested I would love to have a conversation with you. Please do get in touch!
