HR Business Partner
A pharmaceutical company based near the City is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team in this fast paced, ever-changing environment. This role is a true generalist, and requires candidates used to a changing, ambiguous environment and able to bring innovate ideas to the table.
*Advise on strategic workforce planning, including organisation design, structure, roles and team development
*Support the annual performance management process
*Oversee compensation and benefits practices
*Provide advice, support and guidance to managers on key employee relations matters
*Provide ad-hoc reports, such as headcount, turnover, demographics and absence
*Previously operated in a business partnering capacity
*Experience managing organisational change projects including restructures and redundancies
*Preferably have experience working in both regulated and non-regulated environments
*Demonstrable experience working in constantly changing environments
