Learning and Development Partner - Stockholm

Opportunity

This listed European online entertainment business has a rare opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional to join the Stockholm office. Reporting to the Head of Talent Development you will be the key Talent Development Partner supporting managers of the Technical teams, and wider Stockholm office to plan career development requirements.

Detail

The role will be responsible for translating the global Learning & Development strategy to support the Stockholm office.
Responsibilities:

*Work closely with HR Business Partners to implement and embed new talent processes, and provide expert advice, while supporting the central Talent Development Strategy through owning and delivering projects
*Work closely with stakeholders across your business area to identify and deliver on learning needs
*Ensure consistent delivery of scheduled courses for new hires, existing employees and management level employees
*Design and deliver relevant and engaging soft skills training
*Support internal subject matter experts with the delivery of training and learning initiatives
*Work together with managers and the HR function to measure retention of talent across the business

Experience required:

*Applicants must have experience of delivering Learning & Development solutions in a Technology environment
*Experience in designing and delivering training
*Experience of guiding teams through effective organisational change
*Commercial awareness to drive decision making
*Experience in building relationships quickly - communicating and challenging stakeholders confidently at all levels
*A qualification in psychometrics would be an advantage
