A national, leading law firm is looking for a early careers Recruitment Officer to join their award-winning recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an agency/external recruiter to move into an in-house role.
-Provide a valuable and efficient recruitment service to hiring managers
-Proactively source a network of candidates through various methods including advertising, utilising talent pools, headhunting and maintaining key networks with local organisations.
-Managing and promoting school leavers, apprenticeships and placement year programmes
-Create job descriptions and advertisements and conduct first line interviews to find the best talent in the market
-Promote the employer brand on social media and attend careers events to attract people
-Continuously evaluate and update recruiting and selection methods across the business and recommend new processes for attracting talent.
-Experience of recruiting, interviewing and attracting (either in house or in an agency)
-Creatively source candidates in a variety of methods
-Effectively communicate with and advise hiring managers
-Ability to manage large volumes of recruitment and work in the fast paced environment
-Previous legal sector/professional services recruitment would be an advantage
