Employee Relations & Reward Manager
A household name in transport is looking for an Employee Relations and Reward Manager to join their HR team on an initial 10 month contract (possibly permanent). The role will involve liaising with Trade Unions but also have heavy involvement in reward data i.e. pay scales, therefore a strong Excel user is essential for this role.
-Liaising with Trade Unions, and sitting in meetings as required, including consulting on T's and C's
-Advising managers on employee relations issues in their team
-Keeping spreadsheets up to date with all pay data (for approx. 4000 employees)
-Updating all policies and procedures
-Sourcing new benefits providers as required
-Strong UK employment law knowledge and experience
-Excellent awareness and knowledge of Excel, and an ability to manipulate data as required
-Previous experience working in a blue collar, or retail, environment. Public sector experience will not be considered
-Experience working with Trade Unions an advantage but not essential
