Interim Reward Business Partner
Currently searching for an Interim Reward Business Partner to join a company going through an exciting period of change within the next few weeks for a short term 3 month contract. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of the Reward Annual Cycle and should be happy to roll their sleeves up to be involved with a variety of duties.
The role of Reward Business Partner will be to assist in the design and implementation of remuneration and benefit programs as well as helping to create an innovative regional reward strategy aligned to the business that supports the strategic direction of business and the attraction and retention of staff. Provide operational support with respect to reward in order to motivate individuals to demonstrate desired behaviours.
The successful candidate will have a broad Reward background gained ideally from a pure reward background however a HR Generalist who has managed a considerable amount of Reward in their roles will also be considered. This role would be fantastic for candidates who are currently between perm roles or those who are interim's.
