The Recruitment Consultant will:
- Coordinate the full 360 recruitment processes
- Work with a client group of approximately 500 staff to build relationships and advise on recruitment processes
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to all staff and hiring managers
- Organise and run open days and events and use social media to attract new talent
The Recruitment Consultant should:
- Have worked in a role encompassing end to end recruitment processes
- Be able to provide an excellent level of customer service and work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to be firm with managers to ensure they follow process
- Enjoy recruitment!
The Recruitment Consultant will receive a salary of £25,000 along with company benefits.
