As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for a large team dedicated to providing recruitment solutions across the business using a variety of methods such as direct source and agencies. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from taking a brief from managers, sourcing candidates and headhunting, all the way to interviewing and offer management. You will work closely with the wider HR function and a variety of key stakeholders to amend and manage the recruitment strategy. You will be dedicated to developing and coaching your team ensuring that it is operating efficiently and productively.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have significant experience in an in-house recruitment position. You will be an experienced leader with a background in team management and you will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
