Are you a technically strong, corporate Payroll Coordinator / Supervisor / Manager, looking for an exciting new challenge?
We have a rare opportunity to join a leading 'household name' business based in Swindon, looking to recruit an experienced Payroll professional to take operational responsibility of a busy, high performing Payroll function.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be tasked with delivering a comprehensive service to c7500+ employees, across several divisions and multiple payrolls - whilst managing a team of Payrollers and Data-Administrators.
This hands-on role will be responsible for month and year end reconciliations, the payroll authorisation process, management of taxable expenses and benefits reporting, as well as contributing towards continual improvement plans and evaluating team training needs.
Suitable applicants will possess demonstrable exposure to all the above, coupled with a sound working knowledge of SAP and, experince gained within a high volume, high pressure environment. You will have excellent people skills, the ability to mentor, coach and influence a team, excellent data interrogation/analysis skills and an ability to deliver creativity and innovation within the work place.
