A global financial services organisation is looking for an Interim Recruitment Project Manager to focus on process improvement and projects, ensuring the successful day to day running of the onsite RPO solution.


Identify and manage recruitment process improvement with key objective to drive down time to hire and improve candidate and client experience

Governance and measurement of adherence to the recruitment process

In partnership with Professional Recruitment lead, implement UK recruitment diversity agenda.

Updating and managing job description library

Working as part of a wider Talent Acquisition team on UKI wide projects


Someone who has been an operational management role with an RPO/MSP provider or in a recruitment projects / governance role would be successful

Good understanding of recruitment and recruitment processes

Evidence of strong stakeholder management

Willingness to be immersed in tactial work, with the experience and self-confidence to create, get buy in for and implement improvements and solutions

Ability to work in a team but in person and remotely

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Proactive approach to work
