Reward, Benefits & Analytics Manager
Ashley Kate HR are currently supporting our client, a leading professional services organisation, in their search for a Reward, Benefits and Analytics Manager.
The role will report into the Group HR Director of Operations based at their London office however candidates can be largely home based or based at one of the organisations other offices within the Home Counties region. Regular travel to London will be required for meetings.
You will partner with the divisional Directors to design and implement divisional reward and benefit requirements, providing a wide range of support around Reward including, pay, incentives, recognition incentives, benefits and bench marking.
You will need to be fully experienced in all current legislation including Gender Pay Gap Reporting and National Minimum/Living Wage and be able to offer full insights and analysis and be able to identify and highlight any cause for concern with proposed solutions.
The ideal candidate:
- Ability to manage risk
- Work in fast paced, professional environment
- Ability to engage, manage and lead all levels of HR professionals
- A proven track record in successfully advising colleagues and managers around Reward and Benefits
- Ability to predict future trends and provide achievable solutions
- Ideally International exposure
The salary on offer for this role is £60k + a car and additional benefits package. This is a permanent and full time position.
