HR Manager (law firm)
One of the world's leading law firms are currently recruiting for an HR Manager to be aligned to a Practice Group. This role will report into a senior and experienced manager and be surrounded by a team of strong legal HR managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with your stakeholders and understand business needs to allow objectives to be adhered to
- Provide expert advice and offering an excellent service for all HR issues
- Build strong relationships with the global HR team
- Identify development needs for top talent
- Partner with the recruitment team
- Manage both salary and bonus review and appraisal cycles
- Manage ER issues, ranging in complexity
To be considered for this role, you must have previous HR management experience from a partnership or professional services environment.
