This is an interim role which will be for a period of 10 months initially; however, this may extend further for the successful candidate. The organisation has 3 sites in the UK so you will be expected on occasions to travel to other sites.
The role will report into a HR Director who is based overseas and you will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and resourcing
- Learning and development
- Employee relations
- Pay and reward
- HR Reporting
- Operational support
