Ready for your first HR Manager role?
My client is looking to enhance their HR team and would like to find an HR Advisor who feels ready to fast track into an HR Manager role with the support of a great team.
They are looking for an HR Officer or Advisor who is hungry and ambitious to develop their career. The HR Director has said that she is looking for someone who has a proven track record of delivery within HR and is able to demonstrate the proven experience in handling ER cases etc. She added, "it's a broad generalist role, and Jo, please find me someone who has a passion for mentoring and developing other HR team members."
You will support the Senior HR Manager in executing the firms' strategic framework and take a lead role in managing the firm's annual performance and salary reviews as well as all other generalist HR duties. The firm is hoping to find someone who will add value to the HR team by offering ideas for improving process, policy and systems. You will take the lead on all Policy issues and other HR Projects and be creative when implementing new processes and procedures.
She is looking for someone who is really keen to progress their career and who is naturally inquisitive. She is happy to be a mentor to you - and would make a great mentor as her knowledge and experience is outstanding. She has a great deal of energy and passion and is highly respected with senior stakeholders as well as the wider HR team as the 'go to' person for advice. As such, she is looking for someone who shares the same drive and ambition.
