Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting business based in Swindon with the recruitment of a Reward Analyst. This is a permanent full-time position paying £33-38,000 pa and has the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week whilst there could also be some regional travel, parking available on site.

Role Purpose

To support the Reward team through the provision of accurate data analysis to facilitate the delivery of reward strategy, policies, procedures and projects.

*Participate in various market and salary survey's to maintain company's market position
*Work with Finance and key stakeholders to deliver accurate headcount and budget information
*Produce management information to ensure pay data integrity and policy adherence
*Gender Pay Gap data analysis and reporting
*Annual Report data provision and submission
*Maintain accurate role mapping to support annual/ adhoc role benchmarking
*Undertake research and detailed reward analysis to support emerging legislation and/ or key reward projects
*Work with the payroll teams to develop and maintain a master reward data repository
*Other duties commensurate with the role

Technical Capabilities
*Essential:
*Excellent numeracy and data analysis skills
*Strong written, verbal and organisational skills
*Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*Desirable:
*A good understanding of Reward processes
*Experience of inputting and managing market salary survey's
*Job coding and evaluation experience
*HR System (SAP)and reporting experience
