Our client based in Wiltshire is looking for an experienced resourcing professional that in partnership with the business will be responsible for developing and delivering a recruitment strategy. Other key accountabilities will include;
Work in partnership with the business to develop and implement the recruitment strategy.
Develop effective recruitment policy and procedures and ensure a professional structured recruitment process that will fulfill business requirements.
To undertake competitor/market research and maintain a cost-effective recruitment process
Candidate management; ensuring that applicants are communicated with professionally, regularly and updated with regards to their progress
Co-ordinate departmental/regional resourcing plans and proactively work with managers across the business to develop strategies and actions to help them meet their recruitment targets.
Identify and lead group initiatives that help build an Employer of Choice brand e.g. advertising templates, campaigns, recruitment literature.
Manage a Resourcing team.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of direct sourcing experience, working internally within complex and fast operating organisations. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the capability to "Partner" business heads in providing innovative and creative solutions to ensure the very best talent is attracted to the organisation. You will have the ability to think strategically and translate strategies into effective delivery models and plans.
