My client a leading Social Enterprise charity are looking to hire a HR Advisor on a fixed term contract till December with good potential to develop into a permanent role.
Working alongside 1 other HR Advisor you will be working as a true generalist supporting 3 HR Business Partners in a wider time of 6. You will take responsibility for your own HR caseload and will act as the first point of contact supporting line managers on ER queries. Wider generalist duties will include:
- Recruitment- advise line managers on recruitment processes and conducting job evaluations
- Learning and Development- working alongside the L&D to provide best practice training
- Change- champion change initiatives within the business
To carry out this role you must have strong Employee Relations skills and be a great communicator. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have at least 2 years' experience working at an Advisor level.
