Macildowie HR are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation in Northampton who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their developing and forward thinking HR team. This is a truly generalist role that will provide someone with a platform to develop their career from. Paying £25,000 to £29,000 dependant on experience.
As part of the role, you will be looking at all operational HR throughout the business. You will be running investigations, dealing with ER case work as well as advising on low level disciplinary and grievances. You will manage complex cases and also mentor junior members of the team to support their growth and development. You will also be working alongside senior stakeholders to coach and upskill their HR understanding and knowledge.
You will be supporting with recruitment campaigns and liaising with line managers to take full job briefs. You will be advertising the roles on relevant sites and building relationships with external agencies. Within the role, you will be sitting in on interviews and coaching line managers on best practise.
You will also be working on a number of adhoc HR projects, the business is going through a period of growth and there is a lot to get involved with in terms of change.
You will have experience of working within a similar role and must have experience within a recent HR environment. You will be able to use your initiative to problem solve as well as be able to work as part of a team. You will have a can do attitude and be really proactive in your approach to work. You will be looking to work in a progressive and busy HR department as well as wanting to drive your career forward.
