HR Officer - 12 Month FTC

£24,000 - £28,000

Badenoch & Clark have partnered with an award winning organisation, local to Brighton in their campaign to recruit an HR Officer. A newly created role for the business, this is initially on a 12 month FTC, although there is the some possibility of a permanent outcome.

You will have a range of responsibilities including:
HR Administration and continual monitoring of employee files & HR Database information.
End to end recruitment process including conducting first line interviews, assessment centres and pre-screening.
Onboarding, inductions and new starters.
Management information & Data reporting on key HR Metrics, including absence, sickness and performance.

You will also sit as a first line point of contact for all HR Queries and questions, be the operational face of the HR department within the business and take a big part role in the on-going cultural change and transformation programme.

Ideally you will have a strong generalist background, having worked at administrator, officer or assistant level within an HR body previously with working knowledge of UK Employment law and HR Best Practice. Exposure to cultural change programmes would be beneficial, but not essential. An awareness of recruitment processes would also be useful. CIPD isn't a solid pre-requisite, but would be an advantage.
