My client, based in Northwich is transitioning through some positive changes, which has resulted in a new HR Analyst role for their team. The expansion is part of a growth plan, making this a really exciting time to join this organisation.

·Provide commercial, and customer focused HR service
·Implementation of payroll and recruitment module/system
·Support the People Team with all People led projects/initiatives
·Contributing to the continuous improvement of People systems and practices
·Responsible for gathering and collating MI data across the business and presenting to wider People Team
·Assist in any People Team training required to allow effective use of the HR systems and maintain data integrity
·Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the HR system and process operating manual to clearly demonstrate all key work processes in place, regularly assessing the effectiveness and compliance
·Actively seek new opportunities to improve use of people systems to enhance the capture of key workforce data
·Utilising available data in business systems (Cascade) to develop meaningful and effective reporting solutions designed to meet business needs and inform business decisions

The candidate:
* Commercial background essential - adaptability to manage day to day analytical activity as well as change projects.
* Needs to be adjustable, robust, flexible to change
* Experience of working within a unionised environment.
* Experience of supporting and leading system implementations
* Knowledge of HR management information systems, in particular Cascade essential.
