As a recruitment specialist, you will be part of small team, providing an efficient and effective recruitment service to meet current and future talent needs. Working with key stakeholders, this role will include but not limited to, building robust talent pools for future hires, identifying an array of attraction strategies to achieve the overall business strategy, the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring 1st class candidate management throughout, and maintaining and recording accurate MI, measuring success.
To be considered for the role, you must have proven experience working within recruitment, ideally in house., delivering the full lifecycle of the recruitment process across a number of different disciplines. Due to the nature of the vacancies, you must have experience and be able to bring ideas and knowledge of different attraction strategies, from campaign management to social media. You must have experience partnering with hiring managers and other key stakeholders, building strong working relationships to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment process for all involved.
