Senior HR Business Partner
Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering with a leading engineering business who are growing across the UK and now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their operation in the West Midlands.
You will be responsible for delivering HR strategy working with key stakeholders across the business to ensure people reach their full potential, delivering and developing key initiatives and projects.
You will be working in partnership with the business to develop a people plan in turn supporting business strategy. You will work alongside the management teams ensuring that people policies are embraced.
You will be responsible for the development of organisational structures that facilitate business objectives and improve management capability across the business.
You will need to be have a strong background in managing complex TUPE transfers and have excellent analytic skills with experienced of using data to develop, plan and implement people strategy and associated change.
You will also provide people support to commercial bids, business restructuring and provide advice on people issues, including complex ER cases.
Senior HR Business Partner - The Person.
You will be a true HR Business Partner who has worked in conjunction with senior leaders within the business. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in developing & implementing HR strategy and leading complex change programmes. You will be highly commercial, pragmatic, resilient and tenacious. Ideally you will have worked within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
CIPD qualified and ideally Psychometric testing qualified.
