Interim Reward Team Leader - £350 to £400 p/d - 6 months - Swindon
Annapurna HR are currently working with a leading financial services organsiation who are looking for an innovative Reward Manager to join their team on an interim basis ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation who are at the forefront of their industry and growing at a rapid rate.
The role will involve working with Senior Managers to create and implement a successful Reward Strategy for the organisation. The role will ultimately have the responsibility of providing support and advice to key stakeholders.
The ideal individual will have;
- Knowledge of the full Reward cycle
- Extensive experience of benchmarking
- Management experience
- 6 years' experience of comp and bens strategy
- Ideally will have previous experience of working in financial services
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Stakeholders
