A leading global law firm, based in the city of London, is looking for an HR Administrator to join their HR team. Reporting directly into the HR Managers, this role will be responsible for providing HR administrative and advisory generalist support to our fee earner, secretarial and support staff populations for our London and International offices

More specifically, as an HR Administrator, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Acting as a central point of contact in the administration of annual HR processes
  • Managing and coordinating the onboarding process for new joiners
  • Coordinating and facilitating the firm's induction program for new joiners
  • Providing note taking support at generalist meetings
  • Assisting with management reporting and ensuring high quality of data in SelectHR
  • Preparing any paperwork required for the leaver process for staff
  • Ensuring that monthly payroll submissions are accurately collated and presented to the manager for sign off
  • Generating all correspondence i.e. contract changes and maternity leave
  • Producing bi-weekly HR bulletins including content generation and drafting
  • Organising end of probation review meetings for staff
  • Acting as the key point of contact for any queries coming in to the HR Helpdesk
  • Any other ad hoc project work

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a graduate (Degree - 2:1+ preferred) looking to build a career in Human Resources in a generalist position
  • Be enthusiastic and capable, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience within a corporate environment
  • Be highly PC literate and have some Excel skills (preferred)
