Senior Recruitment Advisor
A large global law firm are looking for a Senior Recruitment Advisor, initially on a 12 month FTC to enhance their UK Recruitment Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter who is looking for an operational role covering the recruitment of qualified and non-qualified vacancies across the business.
Responsibility for facilitating the best in class recruitment experience for candidates and internal clients
Offer a consultative and service excellence based approach, owning a portfolio of vacancies end to end
Utilise the best practice tools and techniques to ensure vacancies are filled on time, with the best candidate and within budget
Continuously develop and maintain a fit for purpose talent pool
Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Taking recruitment briefs from hiring managers, creating and agreeing the recruitment plan
Always being creative with sourcing strategies
Creating recruitment advertising materials
Coach and upskill managers to use interview toolkits
Raising the vacancy and manage the full end to end process (operational)
Liaising with candidates throughout the full process always ensuring the very best candidate experience
Strong experience of an In-House recruitment role is an advantage
Ex agency recruiters who have knowledge of the professional or legal sector would also be considered
Knowledgeable and experienced in a range of selection techniques and sourcing methods
A strong influencer, good at building rapport and trust and be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills
Experience of Professional Services or Legal sector recruitment is desirable
This role is reporting in to the UK Recruitment Manager and may involve travel to other offices.
