Reporting into the Compensation and Benefits Manager this role will provide support to the business ensuring all processes are delivered to a high standard. The main responsibilities for this role will be to assist with the day-to-day running of the benefits administration and monthly payroll processes. You will also be responsible for reviewing HR operations and processes including extracting, manipulating and presenting monthly and periodic reports.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background and have proven experience in benefits/payroll administration. You will ideally be educated to degree level and have advanced Excel skills along with a professional manner.
