HR Manager – EU – Mandarin Speaking
My client, a global e-commerce company that provides consumer-to-consumer sales services via web portals, electronic payment services and data-centric cloud computing services is looking for a Mandarin Speaking HR Manager EU.
Reporting to the Global HR VP, the role will involves partnering with 3 Business Units - E-commerce, Cloud and Fintech to build a strong relationship with key stakeholders with active involvement of Business Strategy to develop the HR strategy in UK, Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands.
Key duties will include:
1. HR Business Partnering -Partner with business leaders to create a comprehensive people plan.
2. Work with business leadership regarding organisational and people-related strategy and execution.
3. Problem solving for daily and complex HR issues, identify root causes and provide comprehensive solutions.
4. Provide expertise in a number of areas - career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, organisation culture and strategic development.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced all round HR expert who is also a commercial business partner. You will be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Multi-tasking is crucial for this role- you will be someone that is solutions focused and able to deliver on potentially complex matters in a timely and efficient way. You’ll consider attention to detail one of your strengths, working with a methodical approach, prioritising your workload and have great organisational and time management skills.
All applicants must be fluent in Mandarin – spoken and written and have experience of working in an e-commerce, electronics payment or cloud computing organisation. Experience of working within Chinese, Korean or Japanese cultures would be advantageous.
