Our client, a global Consultancy firm in London who are currently going through a period of high growth and development, require a dedicated individual who can assist with the life cycle of the Managing Director recruitment process. This role will be accountable and act as the custodian for the full MD candidate experience. This is a fast paced, high energy recruitment position that requires very exceptional attention to detail, organisational ability and stakeholder management.

The role will report to the Head of Managing Director Recruitment and will work closely with fellow recruitment team leaders and recruitment team across the EMEA, the EMEA HR team and the EMEA Talent Management team.

Key Duties:

  • Recruitment delivery for Managing Director hiring, ensuring that all recruitment activity is delivered on point and to the highest level of quality
  • Drive the MD recruitment agenda for given countries within EMEA with support from the Head of MD recruitment
  • Work with the Head of MD recruitment to understand the business context for the roles; succession planning, growth, attrition, and align recruitment to the strategy
  • Own the recruitment campaign and take responsibility to identify the best possible recruitment providers to fulfill the MD hiring mandate
  • Ensure that the appropriate and best in class recruitment firms are shortlisted and invited for beauty parade
  • Own the relationship with 3rd party recruitment partners and negotiate suitable terms of business
  • Ensure that the longlisting, shortlisting and profile review process is efficiently managed and appropriate feedback is delivered in a timely manner
  • Be the custodian and owner of the MD candidate experience
  • Be the advocate / link between the candidate and the business
  • Schedule and administer assessments
  • Be fully aware of the recruiting process' qualitative and quantitative KPIs
  • Tracking candidates from introduction through to on-boarding
  • Ensure consistent and thorough management of the candidate from offer through to the candidates 1st day
  • Ad hoc project work to support both the Head of MD recruitment and the EMEA Head of Recruitment in areas that will improve and enhance the MD recruitment process

Candidate requirements:

  • Recruitment experience in a professional services environment at a very senior/ executive level would be ideal
  • Ability to navigate and understand the full end to end recruitment in a fast paced environment would be of great advantage
  • An understanding or has had exposure to HR administration activities and understands the synergy between recruitment and the wider HR function
  • Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to professionally manage expectations, drive communication and operate with clarity and transparency
  • Proactive and takes the initiative
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple work stream
  • Outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in documentation, working practices and strives for excellence
