ArtisHR are supporting an exciting business in Cirencester with a great opportunity for a HR Advisor with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations. This is a permanent full-time opportunity paying £25-28,000 pa and offers parking on site.
Role Summary -
Support the operation of the business by providing a professional, effective and customer focussed HR service and offer advice to stakeholder on all People issues.
Key Responsibilities will include -
*The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating professional credibility
*Providing relevant and timely advice to Line Managers with sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary issues, grievances, conduct and capability and organisational change
*Coaching Line Managers to effectively handle all HR matters
*Attending investigation, disciplinary and grievance hearings to provide guidance and to ensure accurate notes are taken
*Proving ad hoc advice to staff members over the telephone and face to face
*Management of Employee Relations casework, ensuring statutory requirements and HR policies are adhered to
*Ensure all HR policies and procedures are fit for purpose and kept up to date in line with legislative changes
*Ad hoc support to Senior HR Business Partner on key HR projects and initiatives
*Providing support and guidance to the HR Administration team
*Identifying cases that require referral to Occupational Health and co-ordinating the process

Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrable experience of working at HR Advisor level
CIPD qualification
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Databases, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong coaching and influencing skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills - able to meet deadlines
Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate at all levels within the business
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
