Our client, a global Consultancy firm in London who are currently going through a period of high growth and development, require a dedicated individual who can assist with the full life cycle of the recruitment process and act as the custodian for the full candidate experience.This is a fast paced, high energy, end to end recruitment position that requires very high levels of attention to detail, organizational ability and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Duties:

  • A true 360 recruitment position working directly with stakeholders, the EMEA Head of Recruitment and Director of Talent Management
  • Own and drive the recruitment agenda
  • Own the recruitment campaign and take responsibility for writing advert copy, designing the go to market strategy, advertising on job boards, proactively sourcing and liaising with external recruitment companies and networking
  • Own the relationship with 3rd party recruitment partners and negotiate suitable terms of business
  • Ensure CV's are efficiently reviewed and shortlisted and feedback is given to the referring source
  • Conduct initial telephone interview with shortlisted candidates
  • Hold accountability for timely and efficient Interviews and assessments to ensure a high quality candidate experience
  • Contact and confirm interview panels, set up interview schedule and notify interviewers
  • Be the advocate / link between the candidate and the business providing regular updates throughout the process and at the decision point
  • Tracking candidates from introduction through to on-boarding using the given tools and resources
  • Maintain updated report of ongoing open recruiting needs and sources being utilized to find top talent
  • Provide timely updates via meetings, direct calls, conference/phone calls, emails
  • Ensure consistent and thorough management of the candidate from offer through to the candidates 1st day
  • Ad hoc project work

Candidate requirements:

  • Recruitment experience in a professional services environment at a very senior/ executive level would be ideal
  • Ability to navigate and understand the full end to end recruitment in a fast paced environment would be of great advantage
  • An understanding or has had exposure to HR administration activities and understands the synergy between recruitment and the wider HR function
  • Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to professionally manage expectations, drive communication and operate with clarity and transparency
  • Proactive and takes the initiative
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple work stream
  • Outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in documentation, working practices and strives for excellence
