Talent Engagement Specialist
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Diversity and Inclusion/Employee Engagement Specialist to join a multi-asset investment management company based in the City of London for a 6-month FTC.The Head of Talent and Engagement is looking for an experienced professional to join her and support with implementing and imbedding the strategy and projects into the business. This role will be fantastic for anybody who has a genuine interest and passion in the current topics within diversity and engagement and is wanting to get involved in project work and implementation. This is a brand-new headcount within the team, the role will focus on important topics for the business such as: -Wellbeing, resilience and mind management-Culture Transformation, launching values and embedding them into the culture-Mental Health, LCBT, Gender Diversity and Disability-Corporate Responsibility-Building a great workplace The Head of Talent and Engagement manages the expertise around strategy and design, whereas this role will involve picking up projects and running with them, partnering with the business, liaising with stakeholders and acting as an ambassador for the topics outlined and subject matter. They are looking for someone who has a can do- positive attitude, who is resilient, can engage and manage stakeholders, who is organised, proactive and who is looking to make the most of an opportunity like this. The role will be paying maximum £55,000 and interviews are to take place in the next few weeks for an ideal end of October/early November start.
