HR ManagerTechnology (High Growth Start up)Permanent£60,000-£65,000 A fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to join an ambitious and highly successful technology business, who still have the culture and entrepreneurial nature of a start up, but who are well established and looking to build on that success through global growth, which the HR manager will play a crucial role in supporting. The Head of People is looking to build a team, and as HR Manager you will provide true right hand support as they embark on global growth. It is therefore highly advantageous that the successful candidate has worked across EMEA or other international offices. Duties will include, but are not limited to do: - All business as usual HR matters such as Talent, Recruitment, Development, ER, Projects, Strategy, restructure, redundancy and so on. - Working with managers around team development and learning frameworks. - Understanding the market in terms of ensuring the business are competitive with benefits and incentives. - Working closely with the business to truly understand the commercials and business needs. You must be willing to take a 'roll up the sleeves' approach, and comfortable working in a creative and entrepreneurial environment.
