Oakleaf Partnership are currently experiencing a high volume of roles and are interested in speaking with and registering candidates who are interested in pursuing their HR career further.

We are specifically looking for L&D administrators to handle a variety of duties across the learning and development remit. You will provide support to both the HR and L&D departments and employees regarding activities, policies, processes and procedures.

Key Duties:

Liase with all relevant staff and external trainers to schedule, organise and ensure the smooth running of internal and external training events

Carry out all administrative duties

Produce monthly reports for Head office using the database and Microsoft Excel

Provide guidance to line managers and staff on policy and procedures

Maintenance of training resources and information

Promotion of internal training


HR degree qualified or pursuing CIPD qualification

Strong interest in pursuing L&D as a career

Previous administration or Assistant level experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Able to liaise at all levels in a business

Bright, on the ball and dynamic.

Strong Microsoft skills

Interest in training and development
