I am working with a Global Leading Investment Bank who are looking for a Graduate Recruiter to join their organisation where you'll become an integral part of a dynamic Grad Recruitment team. This will be 6 month role and located in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities

Management of the graduate programme induction every Autumn, including;

Management of vendors, trainers and suppliers to define and execute learning

Finding, briefing and facilitating internal speakers

Driving engagement with hiring managers, HRBPs and internal stakeholders

Supporting the on-boarding and new joiners processes ensuring that the graduate new starters are set up for success.

Event management including leading on logistics, including room booking, catering and AV.

Helping to design and roll-out the new Global Markets Training Academy for graduates joining Global Markets, including;

Working with the business steering committee to help define their curriculums

Defining the best learning delivery methods for content

Facilitating key speakers / trainers and other stakeholders

Driving graduate engagement and tracking attendance

Facilitating training sessions (including booking rooms, catering and organising VCs where needed)

Ownership of the share-point / website

Driving best practice and improvements following the continuous review of the programme.

Helping to define and action additional technical training as required by other business lines outside of Global Markets

Helping to define and execute the ongoing business ("soft") skills training and networking events for all graduates, including management of L&D vendors

Launching and coordination of a graduate mentoring programme.

Supporting the on-boarding and visa processes of graduates through collaboration with the HR Connect team.

Managing the FCA registration and training process for graduate hires.

Helping to drive and deliver a strategy to improve training and engagement of Long-term interns and VIEs.

Help coordinate spring and summer programmes.

Support campus marketing, owning several relationships with Key universities, including;

Supporting management of some alumni teams

Attending careers fairs and campus events

Supporting recruitment activity during peak-season when required.

Driving ad-hoc projects to improve our campus recruiting as designated by the European Campus Recruitment Manager.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of working in a global, matrix organisation -financial services or more widely considered.

  • Excellent coordination skills and an ability to manage large events.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven and rapidly changing environment.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

  • An excellent communicator across a range of different stakeholders; including graduates, hiring managers, HR, business stakeholders and external relationships with vendors.

  • An ability to multitask with many simultaneous activities at once.

  • Knowledge Required

  • An understanding of project management and / or event management

  • An understanding of financial markets

  • Knowledge of share-point or similar would be desirable but not essential.
