Your new role
An interesting and varied role with lots of opportunity to be a HR Business Partner to a number of stakeholders. You will provide all round HR advice ranging from reward and recognition and advice on policies and procedures through to working on large scale projects. You will be responsible for supporting line managers and the senior leadership team with HR advice, TUPE regulations, salary reviews and bonus payments and provide advice on policies and process procedures. Hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
Able to commit to 12 months FTC
Knowledge of TUPE
Confident advising line managers on employee relations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good team player
