An international commercial bank with a rich history are looking to recruit a VP, Recruitment Manager to manage their recruitment function for their London office. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with the business to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
As the Recruitment Manager you will ensure the company hires the best quality candidates in a timely manner whilst developing and delivering the long-term resourcing and talent acquisition strategy across the business. You will partner with Heads of Departments where you will gain excellent visibility across the bank where you will have responsibility for all hires into the business.
To be successful within this role you will need a strong background working in a Financial Services recruitment environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills as well as being able to provide various examples of where you've added real value into a recruitment function.
