We are very pleased to be working with our South Tyneside based client to recruit their new HR Coordinator on a fixed term contract basis (maternity cover). Currently in the process of taking their HR department from transactional to transformational, this company are offering a fantastic opportunity for a developing HR professional to gain exposure to positive change management and contribute towards this exciting project.

Covering a period of maternity leave and providing essential resource during this busy time, you will work alongside the Generalist team of HR professionals and support with a wide range of duties, including;

  • Preparing for and coordinating the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS)
  • Assisting with the review of all current HR processes
  • Contributing towards the vision of new HR processes
  • Assisting with absence management and phased returns
  • Supporting with the end to end Recruitment process
  • Day to day HR administration and transactions

We are very keen to speak with HR professionals who have worked in HR administrative, assistant or coordinator roles previously and are looking for that next step towards operating at an Advisory level. You must have fantastic IT skills, have experience of working with HR Information Systems and above all, have an excellent work ethic to contribute towards this new HR transformation.
