We are very pleased to be working with our North Tyneside based client to recruit a HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis (covering a period of absence). With an excellent reputation and a very friendly, supportive and collaborative culture, this really is a great place to put your HR or Recruitment Administration experience into practice should you be available at short notice for a new role.

Working within the established Central HR Services team based on the outskirts of Newcastle upon Tyne, you will provide essential transactional and administrative support following high volumes of recruitment company wide. This will include;

  • Completing pre-employment checks
  • Processing DBS checks
  • Referencing
  • Checking ‘eligibility to work in the UK’ and ID
  • Obtaining applicable training or qualification certificates
  • Electronic filing of all compliance details and checks

Throughout your temporary contract, you will work closely with a team of HR Administrators who together manage all transactions for the full employee lifecycle. You should be experienced in working at a fast pace and have excellent IT skills.
