An Organisational Design partner role, 18 month fixed term contract

Your new company
A large and well known employer in Manchester

Your new role
You will be working as part of a large scale business change project team As Organisational Design Partner you will design the 'to be' ways of working for a number of business functions. You will be responsible for high-level organisation design, ensuring OD work is completed to a high standard and set up for success by working closely with teams in the business to bring organisational change to life. You'll facilitate workshops, map and design roles, and articulate how changes to process and procedure translate to new ways of working.

You will provide strategic organisational design expertise, translating agreed changes into meaningful organisation structures and designing effective operating models for the HR team to implement. This will involve scenario testing, capability mapping, role profile development and high level stakeholder management activity.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as an OD Partner you'll need significant people change experienced gained in complex programmes with multiple work streams. It is essential that you have specific Organisational Design expertise. A retail background or previous SAP exposure would be a big advantage, but not essential. More important will be your ability to work with and influence some of the most senior leaders in the business.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be employed on a fixed term basis with a fantastic employer, paying circa 55k (there is some flexibility) plus benefits. The role will be Manchester based with no travel, but it is important to note that due to the requirement for the OD Partner to work as part of a busy project team you will need to be in the office and as such this role wouldn't be able to support someone looking to work from home.
