Employee Relations Manager
ArtisHR are currently supporting a business based in Bristol with the recruitment of an Employee Relations Manager. This is an urgent requirement for an interim although there is the possibility of a permanent role - £250/300 per day
To provide direction to business leaders at all levels and to lead and direct employer-employee relationships which contribute to the businesses strategic goals. To provide subject matter support and expertise to people change and policy development.
*Develop and enhance in house Employee Relations approach across the UCI EMEA region including, improving processes, developing policies and generating innovation regarding Employee Relations matters.
*Lead the implementation of organisational change and TUPE activity in relation to employment practices and people changes across the business
*Manage complex ER cases
*Build and maintain relationships with employee representatives, forums and trade unions in respect of ongoing employment practices and people changes
*Collaborate with wider HR team to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and the businesses employment policies and practices.
*Partner with legal department and external advisors in addressing employment laws and applications within the company
*Lead and direct due diligence and risk responsibilities associated with people changes
*Maintain integrity of records and documentation required for employee relations issues
*Advice and support senior management and employees to implement Employee Relations processes and to ensure there is alignment across the organisation.
*Manage 3rd party supplier relationships
*Degree in HR or Business Administration or CIPD qualified
*Knowledge of FCA and UK regulatory regime
*Effective Communications - Proficiency Level Advanced
*Knowledge of Organization - Proficiency Level Advanced
*Relationship Management - Proficiency Level Advanced
*HR Consulting - Proficiency Level Advanced
*HR metrics use & development - Proficiency Level Advanced
*HR Planning and Development - Proficiency Level Advanced
*HR Policies, Standards and Procedures - Proficiency Level Expert
